We would like to go bigger and do better in this industry.” Adding on Mr. Ijari spoke about the ‘Fit for Life’ campaign “Within TCS we run our own initiative called ‘Fit for Life’, which has grown leaps and bounds with each passing year. Simple aim of this is to breed a very healthy, fitness culture within the organization and while promoting this- we make sure that we contribute to the society. How this works? We ask our employees to volunteer themselves, to dedicate a number of hours or kilometers to any activity that they enjoy – clock it from the beginning of the year. At the end of the year we calculate the number of hours and kilometers, across geographies and communities. Following which we donate the corresponding amount to that geography.
