ATLAS COPCO’S NEW COMPRESSORS DRILL DEEPER FOR GROUNDWATER
~ ENERGY-EFFICIENT XRX 1350 RANGE DESIGNED FOR HIGH-PRESSURE DRILLING~
Bangalore: Atlas Copco, a world-leading manufacturer of portable air compressors, recently launched its Dual Pressure ‘XRX 1350’ waterwell ranges of compressors to enable the agriculturists in India have greater access to groundwater. The compressors are designed to deliver high pressure with lower energy consumption, and facilitate faster and deeper drilling.
The XRX1350 waterwell compressors are compact and come with unmatched features and advanced technology that enhance the productivity of drilling machines. In some parts of the country, where regions are underlain by hard rocks and drilling is difficult, the XRX1350, with its dual pressure range (365-425 psi), drills faster and deeper to reach water better than any other compressor in that category.
The XRX1350 offers better efficiency, versatility and lower carbon footprint, along with the right ergonomics and inbuilt features that greatly enhance its performance.
Nitin Lall, General Manager – Power Technique Customer Center, Atlas Copco India Ltd, said, “The Water well forms an important segment for Atlas Copco’s compressor business. Many areas in the country are facing drought-like conditions due to deep-rock layers or low-water levels, and need machines with advanced technology for excessive and deep drilling of bore wells. We have a suite of products with a combination of high-powered engines and advanced technology that can dig to great depths.”
