They hereby respect on behalf of all APMC associations, they thank you for your generosity for hearing us today. APMC as you are aware that APMC is restricted area, wherein APMC are bounded by regulations & APMC acts, and are liable to operate our business transactions in APMC area only.
APMC, recently APMC Department has issued a WAREHOUSE LICENSE to an ONLINE APP called UDAAN [located at MAKALI NH4], they request you to CANCEL its WAREHOUSE LICENSE issued to UDAAN, as it is CREATING HARDSHIPS to the Traders, Farmers & APMC’s across Karnataka. UDAAN and other companies CONTRIBUTION TO THE EXCHEQUER OF APMC & GOVT is ZERO.
AMC also bring to your kind NOTICE that he is getting supplies directly to his warehouse from the manufacturer thereby evading huge RMC cess. We YESWANTHPUR APMC STAKE HOLDERS CONTRIBUTE Rs 100CRORES to the Department in the form of CESS & RENT, which in turn is used for the development of markets and various schemes to the FARMERS.
APMC would not be wrong to mention that he is running a parallel APMC now in BANGALORE, if not considered this SERIOUS ISSUE, he will spread his private yard across Karnataka, herby killing all APMC MARKETS across KARNATAKA. UDAAN with his progative pricing & free delivery is establishing his customer base, inspite of the fact that till now he has incurred a HUGE LOSS TO THE TUNE OF 250 CRORES.
