‘JD(U) WILL SUPPORT COALITION’ JD(S) AND CONGRESS IN KARNATAKA

HUBBALLI: M P Nadagouda, the state president of Sharad Yadav faction of JD(U) said the party would support the JD(S) in the Lok Sabha election to prevent Narendra Modi from becoming prime minister again.
Nadagouda said on Saturday that the constitution was under threat from Modi and BJP To save the constitution from dividing forces, his party decided to support the coalition partners in the state, he told reporters.
Dr Nadagouda said, “Modi ruined the economy and broke the backbone of farmers due to his poor administration. In the last five years, the people of the country have suffered a lot. Secular forces should unite and defeat Modi to give the people relief.”
“All the promises made by Modi have not been fulfilled and unemployment has reached the highest levels in four decades. I have not seen such a worst prime minister in my entire political journey,” he added.
Nadagouda said the JD(U) workers would help coalition candidates to win and secure good number of seats. He also predicted that BJP would win at least two-three seats fewer than the previous election and the party would fall short of a majority this time.
