Indian Psychiatric Society joins TikTok to share tips to safeguard mental health during COVID-19   The coronavirus related lockdown has been coined as the world’s biggest psychological experiment by the World Economic Forum. The spread of the pandemic has given rise to mental health issues among a lot of people who are quarantined at home. A recent  report by  The World Health Organization has also suggested measures to address mental health issues during COVID-19.   In order to help people cope with mental health, Indian Psychiatric Society, the national organization of psychiatrists in India took to TikTok to share tips on how one can take care of their mental health during these uncertain times.   In these videos,some of  India’s renowned psychiatrists from various parts of the country  are talking about the importance of  physical wellness, motivation and anxiety and how one can maintain a positive mental health.
