
Bengaluru: At the 59th convocation of Bangalore Agricultural University, retired IAS officer V. Balasubramanian, who made special contributions to sericulture, administrative reform, and rural development, and Yogendra Kumar, the marketing director of another organization, who innovated nano fertilizers and served the farming community, were awarded honorary doctorates by Governor Thawar Chand Gehlot.
