DHARMASTALA: Wednesday’s search at 13th point in Dharmasthala ends, SIT digs 32 feet; found skeletons?
Based on a complaint that bodies were buried on the instructions of influential people in Dharmasthala, the SIT team conducted a two-day search operation near the Netravati river. Despite digging up to a depth of 32 feet, no body or traces of skeletons were found. Earlier, the complainant had shown 16 places, but remains were found in only two.

Dharmasthala (Dakshina Kannada): Based on a complaint filed by a witness complainant that hundreds of bodies were buried on the instructions of influential people in Dharmasthala village, the two-day search operation at the 13th place near Kindi Dam on the Netravati-Ajikuri road ended on Wednesday.
The SIT team dug a huge pit about 32 feet deep, 25 feet long and 12 feet wide and inspected it, but no skeleton or traces of burial of the body were found. Thus, the SIT started the work of closing the dug pits using JCBs in the evening.
