Despite the Western media’s attempt to equate India and Pakistan in terms of military capability, Islamabad quite literally begged for US intervention after New Delhi struck the Nur Khan air base in the heart of Pakistan with missiles on the morning of May 10, alongside an imminent Indian Navy attack on the Karachi navy.
