Bengaluru: BJP MLA Ashwath Narayan has alleged that there has been a huge amount of irregularities worth about Rs 15,568 crore in the smart meter tender of BESCOM and other Eskoms. This is a daylight robbery; the government should answer this. They are making it mandatory without any law to make smart meters mandatory.
